Before founding Keel Horizons, Josh served as President of Adams Rite Aerospace, a TransDigm company, leading a nearly $200 million aerospace and defense business that delivered EBITDA margins above 60%. Earlier at Danaher, he held roles of increasing responsibility spanning the Danaher Business System, commercial excellence and innovation for a $3 billion platform, M&A, and business leadership.

As a business leader at Danaher, Josh accelerated a $100 million aftermarket business from low-single-digit to high-single-digit growth and led the turnaround of a software business recognized among Minnesota’s Top 100 Companies to Work For. He also worked with McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group across retail, industrial, aerospace and defense, and medical devices, and led the global software business at Garrett Advancing Motion.

Prior to Keel Horizons, Eleni advised CEOs, Boards, and investors on capital strategy, M&A, finance transformation, and operational performance. Previously, she served on the executive leadership team of Afiniti, a global AI software company, where she led Corporate Development and Investor Relations and held broader responsibilities across strategy, operations, and finance.

Earlier in her career, Eleni advised private equity sponsors and companies on M&A and capital transactions at Barclays. She began her career as a restructuring attorney at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, where she was a key member of the teams overseeing the liquidations of Lehman Brothers and MF Global, following earlier experience in the U.S. Department of Defense’s Legal Honors Program.

Matthew is currently a Sophomore at Harvard College from Singapore concentrating in Math & Computer Science. This past summer, he was a Quantitative and AI Research Analyst at QCP Capital. Previously, he was a Venture Capital Analyst at AgFunder Asia, and a Student Intern at Morgan Stanley Hong Kong.

Matthew was also a Lieutenant in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, having served as Deputy Head of Operations at 163 Squadron. Working between the Air Force’s groups and defense agents helped him learn more about, and gain a deeper appreciation, for the A&D and its latest technologies.

Asher is a Sophomore at Harvard College concentrating in Applied Mathematics and Economics. At Harvard, he is a Staff Writer for the Harvard Crimson’s Sports Board, a Finance Director and Board Member of the Harvard Alternative Investments Club, a member of the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, and a DJ for 95.3 WHRB.

Growing up in Los Angeles, Asher developed a strong interest in sciences and industry. In high school, he worked for a year at a Chemistry and Energy Research Lab at UCLA. Asher is excited to help Keel Horizons grow and develop as a member of a Winning Team.

Alex is a Sophomore at Harvard College concentrating in Mathematics and Philosophy, with interdisciplinary interests in investing, emerging technology, and international affairs. At Harvard, Alex is involved in investment research through the Harvard Financial Analysts Club. He has also completed an AI Safety Fellowship with the Harvard AI Safety Student Team and written on international law for the Harvard Undergraduate Law Review.

Having lived in both Detroit and Shenzhen, Alex developed an early interest in technology and industry. Prior to Harvard, he gained exposure to an early-stage electronics start-up and was part of a Team that placed 3rd nationally in the National Economics Challenge. Alex is excited to contribute to Keel Horizons’ work supporting businesses across the Aerospace & Defense industry.
